If a class doesn’t sound like your kind of thing or there are no pole dancing classes in your area then there is another option. Many people choose to buy a dance pole and learn in the comfort and privacy of their home. Dance poles are readily available on the internet as well as pole dancing DVDs.

Of course, however you choose to learn to pole dance a good warm up is important.

As well as being good for your body, pole dance is also great for morale. It is a great confidence builder and the feeling of gracefully performing a move that once seemed impossible can be such a rush. There is also something very sexy about dancing in 10 inch heels.
Pole dancing brings out your sensuality and because you feel so sexy and confident it boosts your libido. Pole dance is a must if you lack self-confidence.

    I’ve been learning pole dancing for a few months now and I love it. I’ve lost about half a stone and it’s made a huge differnece to my shape. I feel so much more confident about myself.
